Come and join Lisa Waldschmidt, Personal
Chef, for a fun evening of cooking and
eating. She loves to share her passion
for cooking and her love of preparing
delicious food.
Tapas Party
Enjoy an evening exploring the "little
dishes" of Spain. Traditionally served
before lunch and dinner in bars and taverns,
tapas resturants are now a favorite dinner
destination. The menu includes: bacon
wrapped dates, cheese empanadas, spinach
with pine nuts and raisins and more. Learn
how you can make your next party a tapas
party. At the end of the evening, we sit
down and eat what we have prepared. Chess
assistant (1) for reduced fee of $20.
Assistant must be available from 6-9:30
pm on the night of the class.

Winter
Soups
Nothing tastes better on a chilly winter
night than a steamy hot bowl of delicious
soup with a hunk of crusty bread. Butternut
Squash Soup drizzled with apple cider
cream, Smoked trout and Corn Chowder,
an Asian version of chicken noodle soup
- Ginger Chicken Noodle soup and more!
At then end of the evening, we sit down
and eat what we have prepared.

Evening
in Paris
Spend the evening in a Paris bistro! Learn
to prepare and enjoy Field Greens with
warm goat cheese, Rack of Lamb Persillade,
Gratin of Potatoes, Haricot Verts and
Strawberry Crepes. At the end of the evening
we sit down and eat what we have prepared.
Assistant must be available from 6-9:30
pm on the night of the class.
