I work with each client indivudally to plan the perfect party or event for them. Either through email or on the phone we discuss the event in advance. I can present you with menu suggestions after talking with you on the phone and getting a feel for what you are looking for or prepare the food you request.
Need a concept or a theme driven menu for a party? I can help with that too.

Recent clients include a surprise birthday party dinner for 4 in Lake Forest and a Lunch & Learn for a hi-tech office in Chicago, including a Powerpoint presentation on healthy eating as well as a healthy lunch prepared as a demonstration.
